Introduction
SmartTown is the official application by Gujarat Guardian Limited to simplify township services. Use it to place meal orders, raise maintenance requests, book taxis and view reports.
Key Features

Login
- Open the SmartTown app.
- Enter EmpCode as username and your password.
- Tap LOGIN.
Food Ordering
- Select a meal (Breakfast/Brunch/Lunch/Dinner) and date.
- Choose service type (Parcel/Dine-in) and tap START ORDER.
- Tap ADD on items; use (+/–) to adjust quantity.
- Review any packaging charges and totals.
- Tap ORDER NOW.
Brunch Ordering
Brunch is available on Sundays; ordering usually closes the previous night. Follow the same steps as Food Ordering.
Service Request (Maintenance)
- Open Services Request.
- Enter details, select a service and (optionally) upload a photo.
- Describe the issue and tap SUBMIT.
Taxi Booking
- Open Taxi Book.
- Set From/To, Out Time, Expected Return and Date.
- Review duration and charges.
- Tap BOOK NOW.
Order History & Reports
Open Order History to review past Food and Maintenance activity and download Food, Brunch and Taxi reports.
FAQ & Troubleshooting
- Forgot password? Reset via Account or contact your admin.
- Can’t place order? Check meal windows and network connectivity.
- Charges? Packaging/parcel fees are shown before checkout.
Note: One user can be created per EmpCode; multiple logins on a single EmpCode may be allowed by policy.
